Told me that eye treatment already fully booked and left with back massage for free trial. But when i see the room, mostly is unoccupied and their staff not as much busy as the consultant said. When i keep on ask the consultant regards the services and treatment, they get fed up and said "now u interested to join or not?, dont waste my time to explain all this" i was like shock and jz answer, " sry, with you this attitude, i wont join. Then he blocked me and ask me to write recommend my friends to come for the free trial, if i dont write, he wont let me go. Then we start quarrel and he shout at me, ask me to go off his spa centre. In the end, customers will get cheesed off and not renew the service. Their customer service was very impressive in the beginning but i can't comment much now. I wanted to make some changes to my package but sad to say from last month till now i haven't heard anything from them. I have seen the consultant there twice and since he can't make decision, he promised to get the Operation Manager to give me a call to discuss further.
