I recently bought my very first Hedgren handbag. Hedgren bags hail from the city of diamonds, Antwerp in Belgium. It is widely available in many other countries. In Malaysia, there are not individual Hedgren boutiques but you can find these bags in some travel shops.
I found mine at Travel for All at Ikano Power Center. You may ask what is so great about Hedgren bags. I’m not sure if it seems great to many, but for me, I love the designs and fabrics that they come in.
I bought a design that is similar to the one pictured above. The design caught my eyes because it looks very slim and chic, but it is in fact very roomy. When I was examining the bag, I was actually mentally counting how many books I can slip into it on top of the few toys that I normally lug around to distract my son!
It also has many comparments on the outside of the bag. It has two little pockets on the front, just like the bag above. It is a fully zipped-up bag and has no openings that will invite culprits to fish things out. Besides the main compartment, there are two additonal compartments on the front and back of the bag. They seem like secret compartments to me because they are rather unnoticeable, and are held closed by magnetic buttons.
The straps of the bags are strong and firm and this bodes well with me since I frequently load my bag with a lot of things, thus needing long-lasting and good quality straps. The bag is hobo-shaped and that happens to be my preferred design too.
Everything about the bag seems just perfect to me. Not just the feature, design and quality, but the price too. You see, I picked up this wonderful bag at a deep discount of 70%! It originally retails for RM289. Now that even the price is such a mark-down, why won’t a girl go for it, right?
Each Hedgren bag comes with a unique ID, and Hedgren offers 2 years warranty on all its products against material and manufacturing defects. Of course prove of purchase will be necessary when you bring a Hedgren product back to the store for service. Hedgren will either repair or replace your product.
