
Do you have any suggested ways to lose weight safely and healthily? This friend of mine has been trying to lose weight because she claims that she can’t fit into her newly tailored clothes. Mind you she doesn’t have that much weight to lose to begin with. *Ahem* Anyway, luckily whatever clothes she bought from my blogshop requires no weight loss for her to fit into them!
So now that her gym sessions aren’t working out to help her lose the weight, what else can she do to effectively lose weight and at a healthy pace too? I don’t think it’s a good idea to lose weight too fast, so a gradual method is preferred. I also don’t think reading up on weight loss supplement reviews with the intention to try them is a good way to go.
Any help, anyone?

I believe the best way is to do more exercise! No pain no gain right?
True, a mixture of exercising correctly and eating healthily too. But for some people, it doesn’t seem to work at all. Wonder why…all that pain and still no gain!
