I can’t believe that I’m so behind in shopping for Chinese New Year and Valentine’s Day this year. To date, I haven’t even gotten a single item for Chinese New Year! It’s not like we buy a lot every year, but at least there’ll be some food items, some clothes for my little one and a little of this and that related to the festivities. But as of today, we are at ground zero!
How about you? What have you shopped for this new year? Got all that yummy snacks and cookies, beautiful and red clothes, new electronics items to replace faulty ones, decorative items, etc?
I don’t know why I don’t feel very festive this time around. Maybe that’s what’s affecting my shopping mood. But I shall get started soon and I think the easiest to start with is to shop for clothes and shoes for my little boy. Followed by all the snacks and mandarin oranges. We don’t really go for the deco, so I can leave that out again.
Since I’m so far behind in CNY shopping, you can also imagine that I’m slacking in my Valentine’s Day shopping too. In fact, this year I don’t even have time to write the gift idea series for Valentine’s Day shopping 
I hope to do this series again next year. We’ll see about that then, alright?
