With the latest death toll of A H1N1 virus growing to 26 and the virus now once again being taken more seriously and being the center of attention, I have thought up a shopping list of things to get as a method to help prevent contracting or spreading the virus.
If you have more good tips on what else we can do to help stop the spread of this virus, do leave us your comments here and share.
List of things to buy to keep good hygiene to prevent contracting the A H1N1 virus:
1. Hand sanitizers

It’s a good way to keep your hands clean if you do not have access to clean tap water to wash your hands. It’s very handy to keep a bottle of hand sanitizer in your handbag (for the ladies) or a small bottle in your pocket (for the men).
2. Anti-bacterial wet wipes (alcohol or without alcohol, it’s up to you)

These are good to keep around to wipe any surfaces like tables, phones, etc every once in a while. If you share phones for whatever reasons, I think it’s important to keep the mouth piece cleaned up after each person has used it.
3. Masks

While we may not want to put them on, it’s good to keep some just in case you need them. You need not hoard boxes of them at home, but just keep 1 box for the family.
4. Vitamin C

It’s a good time to boost your immune system and one of the best ways is to consume Vitamin C supplements if you aren’t getting enough from your food intake. If you have not already been taking them, it’s a good idea to start now. Don’t wait till it’s too late!
5. Mangosteen juice by Xango

I find this mangosteen juice from Xango to be a great health supplement. It works to restore cells in the body and it has been a great source of immune system boost for me personally as well as my son.
Do you have more tips to share on how we can stop the spread of this flu?

When you buy mask, only get those 3 plys one. The box will usually indicates how many plys. Anything less than 3 plys, it doesn’t help.
Thanks for the tip. Will ask about that when I buy
