Hemorrhoids aren't fun. Found out that I have internal as well as external versions. I've tried the generic WalMart versions, cream & gel, of preparation H but nothing beats the name brand! Another item that I have found very relieving is something designed for anyone who is wheelchair bound. It is a gel-filled cooling pad. Even better if there is room in the fridge to place it the nite before going on a long car ride. Flax seed also seems to help. Since most of my co-workers have have these wonderful things, we bounce ideas around. If I come up with anything else, I post the idea(s).
