Are you a frequent shopper at Robinsons at The Gardens, Mid Valley? Well I’m not but I am a cardmember. I don’t normally shop there because I find the merchandise there to be rather expensive. But when the sales are on, it is truly worth going for because it’s got huge, huge discounts on the items.
Just like the next Robinsons sale that’s coming up, which is called Beat The Heat. This great Robinsons sales starts off with a cardmembers’ exclusive preview sale on 30th July, 6.30pm until 2 August 2009. I was sent a newsletter about it and from what I saw, already a few things caught my attention.
Imagine a Coast dress going on 70% discount, and if you are a Robinsons cardmember, you get additional 10% off!
A lot of other brands within the department store are also offering 50% off on their items with an additional 10% discount for cardmembers.
A lot of jewelries are also going at discounted prices. But I’m a pearl jewelry fan so those bling-blings that were shown on the newsletter didn’t capture much of my interest.
It’ll be worth thinking about going for this sale if I find that I cannot resist some of those items on sale. I particularly like the designs (and price cuts!) on 2 dresses – a Coast tube dress as well as a summer dress from The Station. I’m also looking for a handbag to replace one of mine that’s giving way. So it might be a good place to find a good buy.
