Hi there! If you're new here, and enjoy what you're reading, you can subscribe to my feed. Thanks for visiting!

I was desperately in need of a new bottle of shower gel as I had used up the last drops of my previous bottle. I was in a small Guardian outlet that didn’t seem to have that many choices. I’m not very particular over shower creams or shower gels. I only have 2 requirements – as long as they don’t make my skin dry after use and the scent must also be pleasing to my senses.

So without much of a familiar choice on the shelves, I just had to pick out something new to try. After a few minutes of browsing, I picked up a small bottle of Palmolive Aroma Theraphy Vitality shower gel. And I’m glad I did because I really am enjoying it. Read on to find out why.

This refreshing bottle of shower gel claims the use of 3 kinds of essential oils as its main ingredients, namely bergamot, grapefruit and orange. With such a citrus combination, you would expect a lot of vibrancy in its scent and that’s absolutely true. It smells very refreshing and it works as a great pick-me-up for me.

I especially like to use this Palmolive Aroma Theraphy Vitality shower gel in the mornings as a good way to wake up the senses to a fresh start. It’s also great for use after a long and tiring day, having something to perk you up again before you go about the evening’s plans. But for a shower before bed, I wouldn’t quite use it and would prefer something like lavender for relaxation.

This shower gel doesn’t give me a dry skin feeling after use, so I see no reason why I shouldn’t be buying another bottle when I’m done with my trial bottle. I absolutely love it and would recommend it to those who like citrus or fruity scented shower gel fragrances.

You can find this Palmolive Aroma Theraphy range of shower gels at most personal care outlets as well as supermarkets or hypermarkets. I’ve forgotten how much I paid for it but I remember it being an affordable range. There are also a couple more scents available in this same range, namely lavender and rose. You might like to check out the complete range while you’re at it and pick up your favourite scent for every mood.

So for a quick and affordable way to pick yourself up in the mornings or any other time, grab a bottle of Palmolive Aroma Theraphy Vitality shower gel and enjoy!
