I recently saw an ad in the newspapers about Eucerin’s skincare products. It seems like a very confident and appealing product as it offers money back guarantee if a customer is not satisfied with the products for any reason. Apparently, no questions will be asked too. All you need is to notify the company within 30 days of purchase and show the receipt as proof of purchase. The refund will be made within 2 months from the time you return the product. To me that’s a pretty long wait but hey if I’m not satisfied and am due for a refund, I would wait for that money even if it takes that long! Wouldn’t you?
However, this programme is not for all Eucerin range of products. It’s valid for the acne prone skin range (pictures below) and is a promotion for the month of March. This post may be a little too late but if you manage to grab it on the last day tomorrow, good for you! I hope the product works…the money back guarantee is just a nice to have promotion in case it doesn’t work for some.
