Yesterday, I found them and they met all my requirements – small and cute, and no soil to mess up! I bought potted plants in crystal soil instead. These jelly-like soil goes by many different names – magic crystal soil, jelly soil, crystal soil, etc. They also come in many colours and they’re all very attractive. I had quite a hard time choosing them.
I bought a pot of money plant in pink crystal soil and a pot of bamboo shoot in pastel rainbow colour crystal soil. I think it’s possible that I like looking at the crystal soil more than the plants themselves! Don’t they look pretty?
I bought these at The Curve’s market for RM5 each. Each came with the glass vase, crystal soil and plant. The crystal soil sells at RM4 per pack. The last for an average of 6 months. However, since I am placing them in the office where they are exposed to many long hours of air-conditioning, I’m told they might last a little less than 6 months. The lady who sold them to me was telling me that she was doing a Mother’s Day specials and sold them very cheaply so that they become very affordable to kids who want to get their moms something special. I thought it was a noble and nice thing to do.
Taking the cue that I like my plants this way, I was later given another cute pot. This time it’s a pot of ivy in orange crystal soil. Actually, I like this plant more than the money plant and bamboo shoot. But with this, I have to watch it carefully because it creeps everywhere!
Now I have 3 mini pots of plants for the office and I believe they’ll brighten up my little corner. Don’t you think?

where are all the plces that u can buy crystal babies. plz tell me the address. I also have them but they died and i dont no where to buy them
I bought them at The Curve’s markets. The stall is there almost every weekend. Hope you find it.
