Hi there! If you're new here, and enjoy what you're reading, you can subscribe to my feed. Thanks for visiting!
Christmas always gives me a sense of all things beautiful. This time of the year, most places are always decorated with tall Christmas trees which are beautifully lit up and adorned with nice decorations, soothing and melodious Christmas Carols are heard not to mention seeing many happy faces going about shopping and preparing for Christmas. The best thing about Christmas here is that even people who aren’t Christian or Catholic join in to celebrate it. They may not attend Christmas mass and celebrate it in the true spirit and essence of Christmas, but they celebrate it by celebrating the beauty of giving – exchanging presents!
I’ve rambled long enough. Let me get started on my next Christmas gift idea. This time I’m suggesting that you give your loved ones a gift of beautiful memories in the form of photographs. A picture paints a thousand words and giving the gift of pictures is not only unique but it’s very personal and will be truly treasured. What’s more, it’s not just about giving pictures in a photo album, I’m talking about having the pictures printed in a photobook. Take a look at the picture below to see how impressive and memorable photobooks can be for special occasions.
Aren’t they amazing? Do you agree they will make very meaningful gifts? I would be very happy to receive one of these. Maybe I should be hinting to my better half to make me a photobook for Christmas?!
If you are interested to print a photobook this Christmas, here’s a little tip and savings for you. Photobook.com is having a special Christmas promotion where a 20% discount is offered on any order. Prices vary, depending on how many pages you choose to print, as well as the size and style of the photobook (you can check out the prices here). You can visit the site itself to see the variety of albums that are offered. You can choose from hardcover books with debossed window, imagewrap hardcover or softcover books.
Note that to qualify for the discount, you need to quote XMASGIFT as the code when checking out. You won’t find this information on the website itself, as it is sent to subscribers by email but I believe this promotion is made available to everyone. Thus I’m sharing the good news during this season of giving and sharing. This photobook promotion is only until 15 December. So if you are going for it, do hurry and place your order so that you will receive the photobook in time for Christmas.
So how do you print or make your own personalised photobook? It’s easy, really. You first need to download the software provided on the site. It’s free, of course. In this software, you will find different types of layouts and you can choose the one that appeals most to you. Once you have selected your options on pagination and layout, you then select the photos you wish to place in the photobook. The software is quite intuitive, so you should have no problem using it at all. Once you’re done, you need to upload the file back to the website and your order will be placed. Shipping charges may apply.
I’m sure you will be just as thrilled in making the photobook as the lucky recipient. Have fun!
