Do you really care about shopping the green way?

by Penny on June 18, 2009

Shopping responsibly by making sure that the products we buy are green and manufactured in a way that sustains the environment seems to be the trend today. Retailers are jumping onto the bandwagon and selling organic products that are greenly manufactured in terms of emitting less harmful chemicals into the environment as well as using sustainable raw materials or ingredients.

It is no doubt that green products as compared against the conventional ones are a tad bit more expensive. Nevertheless, some people actually don’t mind paying for them as their way to give back to society and help preserve the world we live in.

Do you mind shopping the green way and paying more for your products? How about sharing your thoughts on this? Leave a comment and have your say. Better yet, take this little poll also and let’s see how many of us are willing to part with more money for environmetally friendly products, shall we?

i think that brand loyalty is important for most of us and it is great to see that the brands we are loyal to such a Body Shop products etc are making an effort to be green and sustainable. i think it is important that we support this kind of effort, even if it costs us a little bit more.
