After much success with its mini laptop Eee PC, Asus is back to delight its users with a sleek desktop. The Asus Eee Box is undeniably stylish, compact and elegant. It’s said to be as slim as a paperback novel, imagine that as a desktop! I have yet to see the real beauty but here are some pictures to oogle at.
It comes with the standard features you can expect of a desktop, and it proudly boasts of unheard of speed to boot up your internet. Apparently, you can expect to be online on the internet just 7 seconds after boot up. Impressive? It sure sounds good! Not only a space saver, it’s time-saving too.
It’s also quite a green hardware, supposedly to be able to save power consumption by up to 90% and the manufacturing of this beauty is said to be eco-friendly, using only earth-friendly materials.
Hardware specification wise, it may not be as high as the latest desktops you can find in the market. But you know how technology is, it gets better over time (not to mention cheaper too). Speaking of cheap, this Eee Box is retailing at RM1,099.
