Good news to all! Air Asia is trying to lure travellers to fly with them amidst the global economy slow down by offering 500,000 free seats that come with absolutely no fuel surcharges! All you need to pay is the airport tax which is usually affordable. Seems like a good deal alright! These free seats will be available for travel period between June to October 2009.
You can read the story here. I can’t seem to find when the booking period for these free seats are starting though. In any case, wow would be a good time if you have the Air Asia-Citibank credit card which gives you a day in advance to book before the deals are opened to public.
If you are looking forward to this deal, I suggest you keep your eyes and ears glued to more Air Asia commercials and make sure your internet connection is up and running!
