For starters, there’s a lauching sale of up to 50% discount. For those who sign up as members, you get an additional 25% off your total bill. That’s very good bargain!
Honestly I have not heard of JCPenney before. But when I checked out the local site today, I find that they carry very nice stuff. And most importantly, they are affordable too. I thought they were going to be exorbitant in prices seeing that it’s a US shopping site but I was pleasantly surprised. After having browsed some pages, I found some clothes, shoes and bags that cost below RM50.
Of course the disadvantage of buying from the site is that you can’t try them out before you purchase. But if you are confident that it’ll be alright and if the price is right, you may want to give it a try. Especially if they are things you really like. Furthermore, there is a return policy on this site and you are entitled to an immediate refund if you show up at their office in Kuala Lumpur. Alternatively, you can return the goods by posting it. But do take note, I read this in their return clause:
“Any order made by customers having size, fitting, color or item error cannot be returned unless error on our part.”
I’m not sure if that means to say clothes and shoes that don’t fit can’t be returned. Maybe you can check with their Customer Service on this if you are concerned.
