Happy New Year 2009 everyone! How did you enjoy the countdown last night and what did you do on this very first day of 2009? It was an excellent day for us, in terms of spending lots of family time together and having a great day with my little boy. In the last couple of weeks since I started Christmas as well as some Chinese New Year shopping, I’ve bought quite a few things for him and all the purchases have made me very, very happy!
Anyway, this post is not about what I bought him. I would like to share some information about a special personalised 2009 photo calendar by Pixart. Pixart had just introduced this new product and after looking through the deal, I thought it was a very nice gift to celebrate an upcoming birthday. I spent quite a bit of time doing up the calendar, but at the end of it I thought it’s worth it because I just love it. I’ve placed the order for it online and it takes 5 working days for it to be processes and completed before it gets shipped to me. I can’t wait to see it!

You can visit Pixart’s website here to find out more for yourself. I am the sort of person who enjoy and take full advantage of custom promotional products because I like gifts that are personalised. I’m not good at making things with my hands because I’m not creative, so the best that I could do in personalising gifts is to go for stuff like these.
Even if it’s not a gift, I think it’ll be nice to hang a family photo calendar at home instead of generic ones. In any case, free calendars are hard to come by this year. I think many companies are cutting back on printing diaries and calendars to give away as a measure to save cost. So why not print your own and enjoy your family and friends’ pictures all year round?
