A light yet effective moisturiser

The beauty salon where I do my facials use Darphin products. When I first went to the salon, my skin was in a really dehydrated condition. It didn’t help that my wedding was 2 months away and I needed to quickly do something to treat the dry condition.

Apart from the fortnightly facials, I was given some complimentary Darphin Hydraskin Light moisturiser by my beautician. She made me promise to diligently use them as well as going for my regular facials.

I loved the moisturiser! I could feel the difference it made with each application. I’m not sure if it’s because my skin was so dry that it was absorbing all that cream heartily. Nevertheless, it sure felt good on the skin and most importantly, it worked very well. Of course the facials played a part in improving my skin to normal too. The beautician applied rich yogurt masks at almost all the facial sessions.

Darphin products are not easily accessible in Malaysia as there are no Darphin counters in department stores at all. The beauty salon that I go to sells them, but the products don’t come cheap. My alternative is to buy them from StrawberryNet. It costs RM224 for a 50ml jar.
